While on vacation, I've taken the liberty of trying some drink recipes from Pinterest...only for research purposes. And I found a good one! Perfect for the beach!
This one is "The Magical Star". It is supposedly a recipe from Disney World...hence the corny name. It also tastes very similar to the Tickled Pink Martini at Bar Louie.
Here's the recipe:
-1 part X-rated Fusion Liqueur (tastes like grapefruit)
-1 part coconut rum (I used Parrot Bay)
-3 parts Pineapple Juice
-Top with a splash of Sprite
And if you don't stir it up, it looks like a sunset. :-)
