Monday, September 9: Take this short personality test and respond to your results. (at the end, find the detailed profile of your personality account - click "click to view" under "You" and "self awareness and personal growth." You can even google your type and find more info on it!)
I took the test and the results seem to be fairly accurate.
My personality types are "generous entertainers" and "joyfully observe tradition". This describes me exactly. I love planning and hosting parties, weekends, events, and I feel obligated to observe tradition, just ask my mom. I won't let her change anything about any holidays because "it's tradition". New sweet potato casserole recipe? No way. Open presents before we eat? Absolutely not. No pumpkin pie? I'll make it myself.
It also says I enjoy being "in charge". Did you read my post about being a leader? I think this one speaks for itself. I like to be in charge of things.
ESFJs "wear their hearts on their sleeves". I do not agree with this for me. I keep my emotions pretty hidden...until eventually they just go away. Just for the record, I know this is bad for me, but it's just how I am. Sometimes I get overwhelmed and start crying for no reason. That's what happens when you hold everything in!
A heighten sense of right and wrong results in an overwhelming, rescuing, mothering mode. During situations where immediate action must be taken, I turn into the mom, taking care of what needs to be done and "coming to the rescue". I am definitely a caretaker. I like taking care of people and helping out in whatever ways possible.
Other things that are true about my personality:
Take responsibilities seriously
Warm and energetic
Naturally want to control their environment (control freak here)
Seek stable lives that are rich on friends and family
Famous people of my personality type:
(it's not looking good here)
Nancy Kerrigan...minus the clubbing incident I hope.
Rachel McAdams...THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!
Fictional characters of my personality type:
Monica from Friends...I knew it!
Mrs. Molly Weasley from Harry Potter...Love her!
Donald Duck...I don't really understand that one!
Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh...Am I that grumpy?
Good careers for me:
Fashion Merchandising...I always said I would do this if I wasn't a teacher
Teaching....Looks like I picked a winner!
Go take the test! Judging by my results, it's pretty accurate!
